About the Role:
Picklr Bozeman is looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Front Desk Client Service representative to be the welcoming face of our facility! This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of one of the fastest-growing sports communities in Bozeman, MT, where every day brings energy, fun, and great people. Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in members and guests with a positive, professional attitude
- Manage court reservations, scheduling, and facility bookings with our PLay-by-Point POS system
- Handle phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries about memberships and programs
- Process payments, memberships, and point-of-sale transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and pro shop
- Assist with facility events, leagues, and open play coordination as well as participate in off-site marketing events
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues with professionalism and care
Requirements:
- Previous client service, front desk, or pro shop sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills - sales experience a big plus
- Comfortable with basic MAC computer systems, scheduling software, excel and POS systems
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Passion for sports, recreation, or an active lifestyle is a plus
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, energetic environment

Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
